This modified Irish Red Ale has a flavor profile that lies somewhere between Ireland and New Mexico. We focused on color, balance, and the enticing aromas and flavors of roasted caramel but with a subtle bitter finish. Traditional hops bring forward more spice aroma, rather than citrus.
