Beer Creek is a brewery on Highway 14, so naturally we take the beer seriously. But the pizza has earned its own following.

We make specialty pizzas and build-your-own pies at our brewery just south of Santa Fe on the Turquoise Trail. Come hungry, grab a beer brewed on site, and settle in.

Specialty Pizzas, Beer Creek Style

There are plenty of familiar pizza toppings here, but this is New Mexico. Green chile belongs on pizza.

A few favorites:

• The Green Monster: Double pepperoni with green chile
• The Rio Grande: BBQ sauce, smoked pork, bacon, red onions and green bell peppers
• The Ranch Hand: Pepperoni, sausage, ham, meatballs, pulled pork, bacon and salami
• The San Margherita: Olive oil and garlic sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and tomato
• The Bonanza: Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers and black olives

Or build your own. Start with a cheese pizza, choose your toppings and sauce, and make it yours. A 12-inch gluten-free crust is available, too.

And yes, our pizzas are available Take ‘N’ Bake if the plan is to eat at home.

Beer Creek brews its beer right here on Highway 14. What’s available changes, so your pizza might end up next to a crisp pilsner, an IPA or whatever the brewery has coming out of the tanks.
