It’s that time of year again, hop bines need tying and were hopeful for a bumper crop in 2022. Quite honestly, we need it with all the beer we plan to brew this year. Beer Creek is the only brewery in New Mexico that makes local hops a priority, we contract with local hop farmers, and we have invested in our own partnership with Crossed Saber hop farm. It’s tough work, but somebody’s got to lead the charge for local ingredients in local beer. Why not us?
