Crisp, golden and brewed with 100% New Mexico ingredients, Pecos River Pilsner is Beer Creek’s take on a classic German-style Pilsner, brewed on site just south of Santa Fe on New Mexico’s Turquoise Trail.
We brew it with New Mexico-grown Nugget hops and Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts from Schwebach Malz. The result is a light-bodied, refreshing beer with a clean finish and just enough malt character to keep things interesting.
At 5.4% ABV and 26 IBUs, Pecos River Pilsner is an easy-drinking pint made for an afternoon on the Turquoise Trail, dinner at Beer Creek or wherever a crisp New Mexico beer sounds particularly good.
